HOSTEL Details

Annai Nagammaiyar Hostel , Vitobai Hostel and Chakravarthi Hostel is a home with academic atmosphere and located amidst natural environs in an elevated ground. Warden and deputy Warden look after the immates.They are supplied with milk and eggs drawn from our own poultry and dairy farms.

  • Attached bath room facility
  • Modernised kitchen with pure, quality and nutrient food items.
  • Computer, T.V., C.D Player LIbrary facilities are available.
  • Six separate phone systems for the students to have contact with the parents and vice-versa. Every floor has its link through Inter-com with the ground control room enabling students to talk from their respective floor.
  • Third saturday and sunday of every month, inmates are permitted to go home.
  • Continuous power supply for the convenience of the students.

    • Admission of the students is subject to the terms and conditions of the Management
    • Rights of admission is reserved by the Management.

    • Service is not rendered after the above scheduled time.

    • Students are not permitted to carry food to their rooms.
    • Day scholars and staff can have their food served at Periyar Cafeteria on payment.

  3. Discipline

    • During working hours,students are not allowed to stay in the room without attending class. In the event of their need,they must get prior permission from the warden.
    • In case, a student falls sick during working hours, she is allowed to go to the hostel,after getting permission from the concerned head of the Department.
    • During holidays, students are not allowed to go for outing without any permission from the warden.
    • To go out of station, Outpass can be obtained from the hostel office.
      Students should not hold any meeting in the hostel premises without permission from the warden.
    • Guests are not allowed to stay in the hostel premises.
    • Students are expected to maintain strict discipline in the hostel and the management holds the right to vacate them without assigning any reason.


  4. Medical Aid

    • Medical treatment will be given to the students suffering from illness. They are advised to have a complete record of the illness if they have suffered earlier.



  5. Visitors

    • Visitors with ID card can meet their wards every Sunday between 8 A.M and 6 P.M. Outings permitted once a month with authorised visitors but on any account, the students must return before 6 P.M.



  6. GENERAL

    • The students should take care of their own property. Hostel management will not be responsible in case of any loss to the property. Hostel warden reserves the right to change the rules and regulations according to the necessary circumstances
