About the Department

The Physics Department was established in the year 1988. The department is having highly qualified and well experienced faculty members with doctoral fellowship.

The department is carrying out various research works in the fields of crystal growth, thin films, polymer conducting studies, vacuum tube collectors etc., The department is having part time /full time PhD program. Also, the department is having M.Phil regular course. The department is having a well-equipped laboratory, which fulfils the need of Ph.D., M.Phil., PG/UG Physics and Engineering students
