Library is the place of knowledge, open to students. The library is one of the finest hubs of learning. The Department library is very spacious with a seating capacity of 60 students &. it has a large collection of books, journals, back volumes, Thesis, Dissertations and periodicals.

The Department has two computer labs, (UG & PG) with a capacity to accommodate 40 UG students & 20 PG students. The networked systems are configured to allow individual internet access from all the computers. Students have extensive and free access to internet for surfing as well as email. In these state-of-the-art computer labs, equipped with the latest software and peripherals, students experience and get to work absolutely with the latest in technology.

Equipped with full fledged audio-visual equipment and a digital projection system, the 300 seating capacity Audio visual hall acts as a stage for numerous important programmes throughout the year.

The Material museum houses different types of new building material collections for the students to expand their knowledge in building construction materials

The Climatology lab is equipped with automatic weather station, Heliodome and gadgets for simulations.
