The present and future of the world are connected in every sense. IoT describes connections between physical objects, like any devices. Physical objects can be equipment, sensors, actuators, plants, trees, animals, buildings, vehicles, etc. 

IoT applications span a wide spectrum, including healthcare, smart cities, industries, transportation, wearable devices, etc. The Electronics and Communication Engineering branch has natural connection with this ever-growing sector and the specialization will lead our engineers to work with this hundreds of billion dollars industry.

The department is well equipped to teach and train the students with state-of-art sensors and actuators lab, IoT lab, AI&ML lab with necessary hardware and software.
